The academy will be held at Marian University and is free for eligible students who meet the federal eligibility requirements . Program Background First and foremost, we would like to remind you that the UBMS program is a nationwide initiative that exists in our community through a partnership between Marian University, the Fond du Lac School District, and the School District of North Fond du Lac.
